Sedleo's debut title takes us to a medieval Italy ravaged by the plague. Amid obvious technical limitations and preposterous community backlash, it remains a rough but highly atmospheric adventure.

A title that has been well-received so far, largely for carrying the spiritual torch of Baldur's Gate 3. This comparison stems not only from their shared Dungeons & Dragons ruleset, but also from the overall world design, mechanics, and gameplay loop.
Between loud-mouthed guns, ruthless anti-capitalist satire, and a very handy skateboard, High on Life 2 isn't trying to be the masterpiece of the year, but happily settles for entertaining you with its chaotic madness. A wonderfully flawed, highly enjoyable sequel.
If you've been around the gaming block for a while, you know there are games you play for the challenge and games you experience for the atmosphere. South of Midnight, the latest effort from Compulsion Games, aggressively belongs to the latter category. I dove into an adventure that promised to be a dark fairytale, discovering a title with a massive heart but a few structural stumbles that are impossible to ignore.
Every new beginning comes from the end of something else: Arise, a simple story, tells us about what could be a part of each of our lives and reminds us that we all have a history, sometimes difficult to retrace.
I don't think Mewgenics can be defined as the direct successor to The Binding of Isaac. It certainly reincarnates its art style, irreverence, and that pinch of the macabre that never hurts, plagiarizing its chaotic soul; however, it adds new mechanics and challenge levels that, ultimately, make it a fresh and highly addictive game.
